Patrik Sander aka AssiPazz has released first moving footage of his Porsche 962C for Assetto Corsa project.

Patrik Sander aka AssiPazz has released first moving footage of his Porsche 962C for Assetto Corsa project.

The first video of this incredibly well-made mod is not just straight gameplay footage though but a comparison video, putting a lap around Spa Francorchamps in the car side by side with real-life footage from the glory days of Group C racing.

A slightly modified version of Porsche’s 956, the 962C was built to comply with the IMSA regulations for sports car racing, the car went on to dominate sports car racing in the 80s, both raced by the Porsche factory directly and countless customers around the globe.

I just discovered this car plus the 787b for rF2 and they have the most awesome Hardcore-FFB I´ve ever experienced (matching well with the RL-footage). Beautiful comprehensible physics that doesn´t make the cars ridiculous difficult:

      Don’t mistake force for quality

        There´s enough of both;-)

i think the physics look better on the game on the right, but the game on the left has better lighting.
