Need for Speed Shift – Driver’s Experience Trailer

Starting August 1st, EA will be releasing a batch of films featuring well-known race drivers. The Driver’s Experience series features notable drivers like Andrea Bertolini of FIA GT fame and BMW Motorsport’s Tommy Milner who races the BMW M3 E92 in the ALMS.

Below is a short teaser in HD, showing you what to expect of these films.

Developed by Slightly Mad Studios (former Blimey! Games) and distributed by EA, Need for Speed Shift is expected to be released in September 2009 for the PC and all major consoles. A demo of Shift has been announced to be available this summer.

Driving experience comes with authentic physics, not with blurry effects.

Well, let´s wait and see how it actually drives 🙂

I think it’s leading up to a series of videos.

BTW people, if you want to puke, go ahead and search for videos EA made before NFS Undercover was out. Truly horrible, cringe-inducing experience.

See now I’d be far more susceptible to marketing spiel AFTER I’ve tried the DEMO otherwise you just look pretentious, yet again EA.

Interesting to see Tom Milner involved. He’s simmed quite a bit and lent support to some of the better rFactor mods.
