Whats your input device? Xbox Controller? Flightstick?

Im searching an input device that really can handle this simulation. Some advise here?

btw. physics and behaviour are looking awesome

    Thx 🙂

Using XBox 360 controller, it takes time before you start making consistent laps, but once you do it is as rewarding as it can possibly be. Physics-wise, it’s nothing short of mindblowing. There’s no such technique that wouldn’t feel spot on while doing it, at least from a point of view of an occasional track day bike rider.

I’ve used joystick (currently MS Sidewinder FFB) since first SBK and GP500 games and still haven’t found better controller. It feels very natural to me in bike sims. Some have found xbox controller to be good but personally i hate them 🙂 I guess it’s matter of taste and what you are used to use.

Looks rather odd as he leaves the pit garage. What’s the lean angle all about there then?

we need a gd set of bike controls now hope some1 is on to it

Amazingly well put together video, clips of the physics, etc. Hats off 😉 Watching this video has given me the drive to figure it out as well. Got the drivers installed and the PS3 controller recognized by windows, I will conquer this and give it a go, looks much better than GP500 for those of you that can remember that one!

This would be EPIC with Isle of man TT track 😉
