Great… only bought one two weeks ago. 🙁 Don’t you just hate it when that happens?

    • LithiumFox

Honestly makes me wonder if they’re releasing a new one. Hopefully with vibration. >_>

No the XBOX 1 hub is the one they are going with since the only platform it’s not compatible with is XBOX 360 but is Compatible with PS3, PS4, XBOX 1, and PC, from a manufacturing standpoint it is logical just to phase out the non XBOX 1 compatible hub version

    God damn it was 300e?

  • F1Racer

Oh Fanatec. ! Why do I pay you for superquick DHL delivery when your shipments get unecessarily delayed because you didn’t include a damn commercial invoice !
That should be standard procedure so customs can clear the item !!
This is not the first time either. Get it together will ya !?

    • Thomas Jackermeier

We usually send the invoice by e-mail before the product gets shipped. Please check your inbox.

      • F1Racer

It was an invoice that customs needed that has delayed the product from shipping out of Germany. I’m sure it will get sorted soon, Thomas. Just a bit frustrating that’s all 🙂

      • F1Racer

Ok Thomas, sorry to bring this up here but I’m not getting any response, despite my emails, from Fanatec regarding my package which is STILL in Germany at UPS after 7 days ! UPS NEED a commercial invoice from you to get this moving. The invoice you mailed to me is not good enough, it has to come from you to UPS in Germany.
I don’t know why a) this isn’t standard procedure and b) Why it takes 7 days to send UPS an email of the invoice !

Why I should pay the €71 charge for courier service now ?
Normally things take 2-3 days from Fanatec to my door. Now it’s been 8 days since the order and no movement.

This is totally unacceptable. I have bought many things from you an not had this trouble before. Please kick some chairs over there.
        I’m on [email protected]
