  • Tom Coombs

    No 924 Carrera GT, no 944 S2/Turbo, no 968.

    Thumbs down.

    • Richard Hessels

I agree on that one, few less 911’s would be ok.
944’s and 914 in racetrim would be very cool to.

      • svdb

959 Is the one i miss the most actually. I don’t want to complain as i think a lot of great cars will be included etc. but the 959 was a iconic car for its era and came with groundbreaking technology.

      • VirtuaIceMan

Yeah, they need the 959 for F40 versus 959, like Test Drive 2!

      • noroardanto

True, I wonder Porsche didn’t include 959 on the deal. They keep it for Christmas surprise I hope ;p

      • Patrik Marek
    • mondosafari

      911 shmine11. Give us 944S2 !!

    • WesleySmalls

And where are the Porsche tractors in this DLC???

  • Tomi Hymander

Finally 917K and with AC standards, i am so happy.-) I guess this is the
917K fieseler was working on based on pictures. And on top of that 962c,
not bad……only thing i am missing is Ferrari 512 s/m and Ferrari 312
PB (and maybe 1986 turbo Williams F1 to pair with Lotus 98T)……

  • Charlie Gould

I’m guessing the 919 livery shown here isn’t finished???

    • Brownninja97 .

hopefully we havent just seen the 2017 livery early.

      • Charlie Gould

Don’t even jest. There is a very real possibility of that actually being the case…..

    • Bakkster

All the images say “work in progress”.

  • Markus Ott

As always Kunos manages to pack only 2 or 3 interesting cars with totally boring street cars so you have to buy really every pack to get all the awesome cars. At least for my taste. Too bad :/

    • quf

      in the 2nd pack I only see 3 road cars (911 gt3 rs, cayman gt4, 718 boxter s).
      in the 3rd pack I see 2 of them (911 gt3 rsr ’17 and 911 gt3 r ’15).

And in the 1st pack there are 3 road cars (911 carrera s, 918 spyder, cayman s).

There are 7 cars you’re buying in each pack, now tell me how many left in each are race cars… But if all the race cars in each pack you only find 2 or 3 interesting, that’s more your preference than of everyone else including kunos. This is dlc for all the playerbase, not for markus ott.

    • Bakkster

I don’t ever expect that to change in any racing sim that packages cars into bundles. It’s too profitable for them to spread the variety out, so more people find a car they consider desirable in each pack and buy more packs.

It’s either that or increasing the price of the packs because people are buying fewer of them.

  • AnklaX

Not having the Carrera GT is bit of a bummer. Its one of the best, probably the best sounding car ever and with improvements being made to the sound, this would be a nice addition. All from that generation of supercars is missing from AC, meaning a road going Zonda and Enzo. I’d gladly have a CTG replacing of one the two 919s.
Other than that, I think in essence the closest thing to it in the DLC is the 911R which I’m glad to see in there. Anyway, no ones stopping KS to give the Carrera GT as free content 😛

Overall very excited. Publish the DLC already.

    • Kabonfaiba

About to post the same thing, what happened to the Carrera GT, Kunos?

I guess others must look at us as a bit of a peculiar minority in our affiliation for this car. But this is literally the first Porsche that comes to my mind, even in – current year – that’s how much of a lasting impression the Carrera GT still has on me, it’s crazy really.

  • Traumahound

Well.. not the no-brainer great value for all content that I was expecting, overall. A bit of 911 fatigue for me, though most of Porsche ‘ s interesting output is covered.. only just. The major icons are here; I think I, and it sounds like others, would be more comfortable swapping out a 911 or three for a 914, 944 and/or 928-based cup car.
Will I buy still? Yes.. I’m sure, given enough time spent with the content, there is enough satisfaction to be had with the lovely and interesting 908 and 917. Some of these cars have more weighted value than others anyway.

The other factor is balancing match ups with other brands. Are there Porsches that can slot in with the BMW M1 and various Ferrari’s, etc?

I can imagine all the content is done well, and it could be interesting finding the differences in the ever-evolving, always formidable 911 cars, and I commend Kunos for finally opening the door to licensed models in such a big way.

  • AnklaX

Interestingly, still no word on other updates coming besides the Porsches like if they’ll update all GT3 cars to TM10 or if the sound updates are coming when the DLC is released, etc.

  • pascal lallala

does anyone see the season pass to buy? i just see the pack1 for 6,99

    • Rantam

Go to Asseto Corsa’s DLC list, click any DLC to see the details and there you go 🙂

  • Kev

Might have to purchase pack 3 only because HistoriX 911R is one of my favorite sim cars of all time so might be worth firing AC back up and exploring some mod tracks for the $7 or so just to see what Kunos is really capable of ; although I recently remembered that I have Zandvoort so that will be fun at least.

    • Michael Hornbuckle

The 911 R in pack 3 is the 2016 model.

      • Kev

What the FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF don’t they say 911R 2016 like they do with the other cars in the list?!?!?!!?

      • Ensyuya

Please tell me if you have any evidence. I can’t find any actual information which 911 R will be released. First and second pack has 3 historic models. Third pack has only 2 historic ?

    • Art J

The ’73 RSR from pack one is as close to HistoriX/PnG/GTL as You can get, content-wise. Fun to drive too.

      • Kev

Oh dear that hurts…ahhhh that hurts…oh ouch…Geezus why? WHY!

        …still hurts…can’t breathe…

That is just cruel. Funny that I really didn’t think I was that excited about it until I found out it wasn’t to be. Darnit! That really is cruel. Oh well…

  • Mark Bass

Ooohhh the 911 GT1! Does that include the Road Atlanta track so we can practice our back flips and try to stick the landing much better than they did at the 1998 Petite Le Mans? I think if they would have Assetto Corsa back then would have done a better job.

Still everyone seems to do a lot of vintage cars and all the new cars but everyone leaves out the area between 1998 and maybe 2010 when I first started to go to live autoraces. I thought the early 2000 911 GTS would have been cool for doing a Alex Job Racing vs White Lighting vs Flying Lizard vs Green Hornet or some of the other teams running 911 in IMSA back then. Oh well how many 911’s can you do!

  • Humberto Roca

    NO 991 GT3!?!?!?!?!? disappointing…

  • Marko Jozef

Where is the discount for all 3 packs ?

    • quf

The season pass is option under each porsche dlc. So if you enter porsche pack 1 page and get the season pass option, you’ll receive pack 2 and 3 when they release.

      • Marko Jozef

  • Roger Wallentin

I think the car list is extremely good and interesting 🙂 First pack has absolutely top notch quality.

Would have been great to have the Carrera GT and 959 in the list, but I hope they show up later on!
