Thanks for the tip. I’ve finally bought it and I hope my old momo will survive this 😉

Be careful when turning fast it can wreck the gears and if you have the black MoMo respect the sequential shifter as they tend to break when you push the shifter to hard. Inside there is plastic pin covered by a spring that actuates the switch mechanism and this pin can fail. Plus point is the shifter is left and right mounted so if one breaks you can replace it with the unused side.

So do you have a lot of knowledge with the Momo Black? I have been able to keep the Seq. Shifter working with repairs but the whole thing is pretty worn. I’d like to gut it use the parts to rebuild it into a custom built wheel for use with some older games. If anybody has any tips they would be very much appreciated.

Both bargains – cue flamers 🙂

Bought AC, and a copy for a friend. Can’t pass that up. Drives well, though looking forward to a better AI.

Anyone know if it’s possible to bind look left/right to the G27 buttons?

    • Franklin Silva

      Yes! I do that.

    • fkkamil

Yes it is, map buttons in controller menu.

Weird, it wasn’t letting me do that. I’ll have to try again.

thanks, already have AC but just picked up F1 2013 Classic with 5 minutes to go in the sale, cost the equivalent of 2 pints!

Just bought F1 2013 Classic edition (my first Codies F1 title actually) and I have to say it’s a very pleasent surprise! Once the FFB is dialed in and you got used to the handling it’s a very fun simcade-whatsoever-racer with loads of good features! Second best purchase in the summersale so far for me, just topped by Civilization V Complete Edition, a true masterpiece ^^

I agree it’s not a bad game, but I thought it was terrible until I set ‘override control device’ to ‘steering wheel’. That turned off the steering assist and made it feel right. Also if you run 3 screens, you can get a bunch of camera.xml files that have the FOV reduced to 44 (or just edit yourself), perfect fit.
