Really nice ! Any chances to see those beauties in AC ?

    • GamerMuscle

AC has yet to finish primary ferment.

    • Realkman666

Assetto Corsa only supports cars that have an auto-slowdown chip for when grass is detected under the wheels.

      • Jockulation

You can disable the slow down in one of the ini files.

      • Realkman666

Will that be possible online? I wonder if the league guys will like that.

I won’t vote and upset the perfect balance of 6’s

      • Realkman666

Have you tried Route 666 in rF2?

      • David Wright

RF2 only supports cars that dump oil on their tyres when grass is detected under the wheels 🙂

      • Realkman666

Newsflash: Grass is more slippery than tarmac. It doesn’t slow you down, but it makes you spin more easily.

    Nice work !

Is normal that AC still “smells” new, don’t you think….but for such a new “pre-fermented” product one have to agree that it “tastes” very good!
…toppic wise, these screens look fantastic, really rfactor2 gave HUGE steps with the latest releases, and altough not beeing the most important part in a simulator, the role of quality graphics can’t be negleted…all contributes for the so talked IMERSSION!
Now that is what i call a GOOD problem, the fact we have at least 2 potential benchmarks in terms of simulation platforms (rfactor2, AC…?Pcars?!), is the “problem” every simuser dreams of having.

    THANKS ISI, THANKS Pixsim…

I fully believe rF2’s graphics can be as good as R3E’s graphics. Not AC or pCARS levels but very nice just the same!

Totally agree!…a few years ago (and believe me, i’m in this simworld for almost 20 years, not to count initial spectrum racing games) i was a sucker for the graphics aspect, perhaps because i came from a diferent era of racing sims where pixels were the name of the game, i was amazed when i saw RC2000 graphics, and the more recent titles just amazes me…but now, that i am in a phase of developing and making my sim hardware in another level of realism/imerssion, i’m more and more deap in other departments, mainly physics….not that physics weren’t important before, or graphics aren’t important now, i just restablished my priorities.
So if rfactor2, was to settle on this level of graphics as theire final and develop all the other already great aspects, i would be more than pleased.

Well my first PC racing title was test drive 5 which amazed me way back when. I agree while physics are becoming more complex still some way to go into getting all those elements polished IMO. So I see this as a transitional period of time in sim racing.

I think steps are been giving to reach a higher level of simulation, regardless of the only thing that limits it…the comercial purpose.
But the unstopable way of technology together with the increased limitation in track days/testing and road speed limitation, will (unfortunelly for real experience) put the virtual world of simulation in a very bright road…it’s up to us to profit with what/way we can

I wish a comments section where people actually speak about the new itself, nor other sims…is this ask too much?

Progress of the mod looks fantastic. For me is the best mod for Rfactor 2, today.

Lookin good! thanks in advance Pixsim.

  • Joe Grover

The first version is literally my favorite in rF2. I can’t wait for this one! Looks great.

I wish people would read all the comments, and put them in perspective, so they could understood why other sims were spoken….
