Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed WRC2 as an arcade game and played it all the way through, and I will be buying WRC3 and doing the same most likely. That being said, the car still has so much grip, it’s so plainly obvious. My other issue is that in slow corners, it just looks strange. The car doesn’t look fluid.

I still expect it to be entertaining. Just wanted to share my couple of notes :)

When car jumps, it should have a second bounce also, but it just drives smoothly.

Im ok with the grip up to some point but I definitely find the slow cornering issue the worst. As you said, Im still interested in the title but I cant help but feel that with a few minor tweaks it could be ace.

I must admit that this looks very promising. And I wouldn’t care if car physics are a bit arcade…if fun factor is at least on WRC2′s level I am all in

I aree with you %100 f1. Arcade or not its fun and at the same time is very competative if you want to get to the top of the leaderboard.

    looks mediocre as hell.

Hope it drives better than it looks…

WRC cars don’t have a ‘second bounce’ The suspension technology soaks it all up.

I’ve never seen an Argentinian stage with so many trees before. Can’t wait to see who get the licence after this game. Hopefully it’s a developer that knows rallying and actually bothers to implement real car sounds.

That looks like Africa dakkar, not like Argentina. See this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d35zdN8Y6iw . Why every gravel road on a rally game is like just a brown path over a field? A road has lot of layers and usually is taller than the rest of the field, there’s also a berm or fence made by the same machines that clear the road.

I know is an arcade game but they can do a better effort, or at least see pictures of the real rally.
