Don't take the next-gen so serious, it's not just about graphics. Just an example: rfactor 2 will be released at least four years after its predecessor. Nobody knows what features will be included yet but it will be a vast improvement for sure. Enough to consider it next-gen in terms of simulation. Same goes for an upcoming Lizard title for the PC....that may have not been announced yet but it's a long way until WSGT 2 is done anyways. It was explained in the comments here:
