World Super GT 2 – Nissan In-Game Previews

Arnold Carter Wong has submitted a big bunch of new preview shots of RMT’s World Super GT 2 mod.

He’s been making rapid progress with modeling the Nissan R35 GT as the Super GT car has already joined the Mclaren F1 Longtail and the Mercedes CLK GTR in game for the first tests.

Furthermore, another addition has been made to the mod’s car list as the Lexus SC430 joins the Nissan R35 GT and the Honda NSX in the GT500 class – Meaning that all cars from the Japanese Super GT’s top category will be included in the mod.

    Well….it’s useless to release the mod on GTRE, as it doesn’t have the modding and gaming features that we need.

    oh such a shame :sad: let´s hope for gtr2 then :roll: rfactor doesn´t have the same feel when it comes to touring and gt cars :cool:

    Arnold? Wouldn’t you enjoy using your stunning 3D/2D skills on a beautiful, beautiful car like the Toyota GTone TS020 so that the Mercedes CLK GTR and Porsche GT1 is having a good, beautiful competetor?

    btw people, i see a suspiciously ISI styled driver in those cockpits.. :eek:

    But unfortunately, i would have thought rFactor lacks some of the features Arnold wants… rain, etc.
    There are 3 options! Either;
    1– The driver has been imported FROM rfactor to another sim, to throw us off…or
    2– the sim is rF, but its being used as a test bed. Or
    3– The mod is coming to rFactor, i which case i will pray towards Mr Wong until he gets annoyed at me :sd:

    It’s pretty obvious this will come out for rfactor2 unless rfactor2 is not out by the time this is complete and then my guess would be rfactor.

    I’ve long since given up caring about this. In part due to the attitude of Mr. Wrong. Also I’m tired of the cloak and dagger crap.

    It is an rFactor mod :happy: which is actually a very good thing. :sd:

    @ Unclechuckle, you are a very funny man, I am laughing like a drain, knowing that you will never allow yourself the luxury of enjoying this mod. :lol:

    I’m getting real tired of this now.

    First off: As stated numerous times before, WSGT2 is NOT for rFactor and NOT for GTR Evolution. It is planned to be made for the next-gen series of sim racing games, whether it be SimBin’s next game, ISI’s rFactor succeeder or a third game. So stop asking about it or keep thinking that is is being made for rFactor or GTRE. AFAIK, these screenshots are from rFactor (current-gen), but that’s only to test the models to see how they will work out in-game.

    Secondly: This attitude that UncleChuckle here and a lot others in this community show is immature and childish. WSGT is THEIR mod. Therefore, THEY and only THEY decide what and how it is going to be made and on what premises. They give us these screenshots to give us something to look forward to, not to offend people or start a bitch fight. I personally have deep respect for modders who know their stuff and choose to give it to us for FREE. So many people put in an effort only to see people flaming and bitching about it and complaining that it doesn’t contain this and that and is not for their preffered platform.

    Enjoy what is already released for you to play with (hundreds of rFactor mods and hundreds of GTR2 mods) and accept the fact that it is the mod maker’s choice how the mod is being made and how long it takes.

    This was a damn long post, but I felt the necessarity. Arnold and whoever else is involved in this project: I love your stuff and look very much forward to both this and the rFactor version of WSGTv1. Keep doing what you do! :grin:

    Rasmus you just need to know one thing – the internet is full of noobs and morons complaining that it is to hot day or to cold day when it is cold they want to be hot and vice versa you just need to get know one ability …. to ignore them :] beleive me or not there are tons of them much more than even real life :)
