World Super GT 2 – Laguna Seca Previews

RMT has released a set of new preview shots, showing some cars of their their World Super GT 2 mod at Laguna Seca.

Planned to be released for rFactor 2, the completed models are currently running in rFactor for testing & development purposes. Cars in the shots include the Mclaren F1 GTR Longtail, the Toyota GT One, the Honda NSX and others.

Successor to World Super GT for GTR 2 , World Super GT 2 will feature legendary GT cars from the 90s as well as Super GT GT500 class machinery.

Indeed, very impressive! must a be a decent PC to run the models not really optimised for that version of the engine, and are probably pretty damn high poly.

Poly count is only slightly higer then the WSGT 1 . So that will be not much of a problem. Your average graphic card is way faster then a year ago also. and by the time the WSGT will be released , systems will probably be even faster then today. so it will not make a big difference.

Wix, will the cars be performance balanced to give an even race, or will they be realistic and therefore split into classes?

after the amazing amounds of complaints about the physics in WSGT1 ( though we still think they are the way we intended them to be) , we are putting our heads together, on how to make a good compromise. Allot will depend on the Do´s and Dont´s of RF2 . We will take good care of it this time. A full ballanced option for league racers could be an option. You can expect us to integrate the community berter as far as dev is concerned.

This mod will be the reason i purchase rFactor2, RMT should really consider making there own game for the future.
Quality build looks so good on this models, its hard to restrain myself.

nothing wrong with the physics for WSGT1 for GTR2.
the cars are challenging to drive, which is great.

the Mclaren F1 GTR Longtail is a treat to drive with,
yes it can be bitchy, but thats why i love it

and yes, just like paupau, this mod will be one off those great mods to buy rFactor2.

Yet again i might not purchase rFactor2 because rFactor1 i really dislike. Would be a shame to release such a monumental mod for a game that might not have the same quality in rendering as WSGT

Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM 1.0 – Released

Virtua_LM has released the Fuji Speedway for rFactor, adding a historical one of Japan's most important race tracks to the simulation. Based on the version released for F1 Challenge, the track has been extensively modified and revamped to make most of rFactor's graphic engine. Reiza Studios Announce Formula Armaroli for rFactor

Back in December, a new simulation software studio opened its doors as Reiza Studios officially picked up business. Now, the studio has revealed their first project, announcing the Formula Armaroli race car for rFactor. rFactor 2 – Six User Interface Screenshots

F1 2010 – First Developer Video Trailer Released
