After yesterday’s preview shots of the cars racing on CSGT’s Le Mans 1970 track, the team has now shown screenshots of their upcoming 1970 Nürburgring Nordschleife. The track is based on The Mother and will be part of the World Sportscar Championship 1970 mod for rFactor.

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. About a year ago, Team NLC announced a sucessor to their popular VLN 2005 mod for rFactor, planning to bring the 2009 season of Germany's popular racing series to the simulation. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988. Even though the track was slowed down with two chicanes during the 80s, speeds on the track remained very high thanks to the 1.5 kilometer main straght - The longest in motorsports. [nggallery ...

Can barely wait for this version of nordschleife… and for the WS1970 mod too of course. Need a ringhead to test the track? I’m your driver… plenty o’ feedback… just give me one night on it. seb
