VLN 2009 Skin Pack for GTR2 – Released

Dodo3000, Hage & friends have released a VLN 2009 skin pack for GTR2, adding various cars from the 2009 season of the Nürburgring Endurance Championship to the simulation.

The pack includes new skins for various high-performance GT cars, including the Porsche 997 GT3 RSR, the Audi R8 LMS and other front-running cars from Germany’s second most popular racing series.

Wow that’s a really impressive way of showing off those skins.
I wonder how many years away graphics like that in a sim could be a reality.

rFactor 2 – Six User Interface Screenshots

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. VLN 2009 by Team NLC – Massive Batch of Renders

About a year ago, Team NLC announced a sucessor to their popular VLN 2005 mod for rFactor, planning to bring the 2009 season of Germany's popular racing series to the simulation. Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM – New Previews

Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988.
