The German Modding Team is working on bringing the current VLN season to GTR2, adding the spectacular mix of touring and GT cars that race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife to the simulation.
A new batch of previews show the Land Motorsport Porsche 997 GT3-RSR as well as the Raeder Motorsport Ford GT. The GT3-class Ford made a stunning debut in the series this year, leading the Nürburgring 24h race in a spectacular fashion and coming very close to clinch its first VLN win later in the year.

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. About a year ago, Team NLC announced a sucessor to their popular VLN 2005 mod for rFactor, planning to bring the 2009 season of Germany's popular racing series to the simulation. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988.
