VirtualR is still alive!

As you probably have noticed, the site has not been updated in recent months due to Rob, the creator of VirtualR, is not being able to do so right now due to personal reasons.

The good news is that this does not mean VirtualR will cease to exist. In the coming weeks, the post coverage you are used to will gradually resume, hopefully following the same style that made you become fans of this site to begin with.

Our goal is to keep this place going until Rob can take care of it again in the future. please bear with us while we figure out all the little things that go into running this site the way you expect it to run.

You might want to kick off you’re “We’re back!” with a nice summery of newer news items, and one unique item, to re-engage the audience. Glad you’re planning to be back though

The low initial sales of pcars2 pc may come from the inactivity of virtualr.

Load of crap, if you think sites like this and Race Department are the main reason why these racing sims sells.
The Steam community is way bigger than sites like virtualR and Race Department combined.

Your comment seems like a dig at VirtualR and Project CARS, just because I know you’re a fan boy of Assetto Corsa, AC didn’t have the player base it now enjoys, during its first to third month of sales, it took Four Years, if you have a song to sing, sing it in 12 months time.

If it’s the same sporadic updates with copy & pasted press releases then don’t bother. If the site gets back to what I assume made most people start using it then that’s a good thing.

The site needs a complete overhaul, 95% of the links on the right are dead or don’t exist any more, a new face lift, a lick of paint should see a new look virtualR for 2018.
