VHR Stockcar have released a new version of their stockcar mod for rFactor, that brings NASCAR’s top divisions to the simulation.
VHR Stockcar 5.0 is available both as standalone version and as a normal rFactor mod, it includes the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series.
The mod is a complete package that includes all needed tracks to run these series, the mod has been optimised to work well both online as well as when racing against the AI.

Pinoyone: Any stockcar mod can be run on a road course, provided you switch the setup to conventional. VHR, in particular, comes with chassis settings for road, super speedway, speedway, and short track.
The mod includes every road course NASCAR runs on: Watkins Glen, Sonoma, Circut Hermano Rodriguez, and Circuite Jilles Villeneuve. They are REALLY fun on road courses.
VHR continues to be the best stockcar racing mod in the community (which is funny, since it never seems to show up on rfcentral…) Highly recommended if no one’s tried it yet, especially with the Aero88 add-on for it!

It’s the 1988 Cup Cars yes, but it’s released by VHR. It’s also on their website, separate from the main 5.0 install.
