Test Drive Unlimited 2 – New E3 Previews

Just in time for the E3 Entertainment Expo, Atari has released a big batch of new high-resolution previews of their Test Drive Unlimited 2 title for the PC and consoles.

The shots show various supercars in action on the title’s two islands, including a shot of the very detailed car interior, the player’s garage and some night racing action.

Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be coming to the PC, the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 this fall. New features include the brand-new island of Ibiza, vehicle damage, weather and a full 24-hour day & night cycle.

    I’d like to see a proper simulation with this graphic engine.

    Wow, the graphics look better in these screenshots than the earlier ones. Look at the ground and grass in the right one with the Audi, looking pretty good.
    Still some parts look a bit ‘cartoonish’ though, especially trees. Hope to see more improvements, at least on the PC version.
