2PEZ Games has released new previews of their TC 2000 touring car simulation title, showing some wireframe-shots of the Fiat Linea model.
The Turismo Competición 2000 is Argentina’s most popular touring car series held since 1980. The 2009 season includes a variety of cars such as the Ford Focus, Chevrolet Astra, Peugeot 307 and Renault Megane. TC 2000 cars are limited to 2000cc and come without advanced technology such as traction control or anti-lock brakes.
TC 2000 will be 2PEZ second simulation title following Turismo Carretera, bringing us another exciting South American racing series by using a new engine.

Interesting. Fiat doesn’t have a 2000cc gasoline engine in the lineup, are they still using that ‘old’ Alfa Romeo engine from WTCC (now used by Abarth Punto S2000 rally cars)?

Actually all the cars despite their brand run on the same Ford 2000cc engine. They’re all built by Oreste Berta and delivered to each team. Power around 330 HP.

For this year, the engines are 2300cm3, for the future become the engines of each brand, first they have to solve the financial crisis.
The engine are this:

But more compression, the throttle body are 50mm, RPM limit is 7500rpm, etc.
