Targa Florio – F1 & Sportscar Previews

Drivingitalia & HSW have released a big batch of new Targa Florio previews, showing the massive Grand Prix Legends track project in action both with vintage Formula One and sports cars.

Located on the Italian Island of Sicily, the 72 kilometer track is one of the most epic motorsport race tracks ever used. As safety concerns became an influence in international motorsports, the Targa Florio sports car rcae lost its world championship status and is still run as an Italian rallye today.

    i hope one day, the GPL guys will move on to a newer sim… sadly GPL probably wont get much more popular to newcomers, modding an old game is pretty intimidating for the noobs.

    Release date? Also is anyone going to convert this to GTR2? If it got converted to GTR2 it would probably be the most downloaded track of all time. Considering the relativly small community of people who are still using GPL as compared to the size of the community using a newer sim like GTR2 or rFactor. So, please, just looking at these pictures makes my mouth water. I really want to drive this track, please someone convert this to GTR2.
