SimRaceWay – Toyota GT86 Available

SimRaceWay has released a new road car to their online racing title as the Toyota GT86 is now available.

The 197hp road car is available on the cheap as the GT86 sells for $0.25

The base content of SimRaceWay is free for everyone to try, giving players access to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X as well as Mid Ohio, Infineon Raceway & Zandvoort. Additional content is available for purchase with prices ranging from a few cents to several dollars.

The title puts an emphasis on online racing, using a real-time skill matching system to offer close racing. Like SimRaceWay’s past website that was based on rFactor & other simulations, the new title will again be offering paid online races where players have to pay an entry fee to compete, free online events are available as well.

    Inside texture are good in-game.
But why this one is 25 cent, there is cheaper car that cost more.

Now $0.25 is a reasonable price for 1 new car. It even looks very nice.
Still, not that the sim itself is really worth playing, though.

Yeah was just going to say… the exterior renders are pretty generic but the interior one is nice. The seat velour looks nice.

Well I think this is correctly priced based on SRW’s 1c=$1 000 model (or 1/100 000 th of the real price). The real car is something like AU$28000, and the US is always a bit cheaper, so that makes sense.

Ok, this car is cheaper than i was expecting.

    I want a real one! :)

This car is a good fun! I find myself enjoying simraceway more by the day. Believable ffb (can only afford dfgt), good selections of nicely made cars and tracks (not all) ..I’m not smart enough to be able to set up rf1 to bring up its true potential, and both Simraceway and GSC2012 allow me to experience rf1 at its best imho.

Does anyone know if SimRaceway get actual licensing agreements for there cars?

  • General Rush Hour

Is the interior supposed to be covered in Alcantara or is that leather?

    Well this is one…

Sure they have licenses. They are not just some modders you know..

  • Xerxes

It’s plastic as the real GT86.
