SimRaceWay – Silverstone Reality Check

AdrianF1ESP has put together a new reality check video, comparing SimRaceWay’s Silverstone with real-life footage.

The base content of SimRaceWay is free for everyone to try, giving players access to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X as well as Mid Ohio, Infineon Raceway & Zandvoort. Additional content is available for purchase with prices ranging from a few cents to several dollars.

The title puts an emphasis on online racing, using a real-time skill matching system to offer close racing. Like SimRaceWay’s past website that was based on rFactor & other simulations, the new title will again be offering paid online races where players have to pay an entry fee to compete, free online events are available as well.

Please update your standard text about Mid Ohio and Zandvoort being free.
All tracks are free, just the cars are payed in credits or real dollars.

Actually you get three cars free to start with…Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, the SRW F3 car and the BMW 1M as well as all the currently available tracks (22 I think there are right now) the information provided is quite a bit out of date and a little misleading.
Whilst it’s not everyones cup of tea it is a very cheap way to try out PC sim racing for those that have yet to take the plunge.

I think the bloom in the top video is way overdone… (/s)
