SimRaceWay – Lexus IS F Available

SimRaceWay has added a new road car to their free to play online racing title as the Lexus IS F is now available.

Lexus answer to BMWs & Audis high-power sedans sells for 0.61 cents in the game.

The base content of SimRaceWay is free for everyone to try, giving players access to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X as well as Mid Ohio, Infineon Raceway & Zandvoort. Additional content is available for purchase with prices ranging from a few cents to several dollars.

The title puts an emphasis on online racing, using a real-time skill matching system to offer close racing. Like SimRaceWay’s past website that was based on rFactor & other simulations, the new title will again be offering paid online races where players have to pay an entry fee to compete, free online events are available as well.

All of their tracks are free, not just 3 of them. They have quite a lot of tracks at this stage. Beside the ones mentioned in the article is Circuit of Americas, Brno, Silverstone, Lime Rock, Watkins Glen, Indianapolis, 4 other ovals and some interesting fantasy tracks on top of that. There’s plenty of cheap, fun cars as well. I hope more people will start playing it.

Something just doesn’t seem right visually. Almost a matt finish to the paintwork. Is that global or just that particular colour?

Started racing SRW last week and man is it fun! I’m really impressed with the attention to detail on how each car handles. I love how it’s free to play and my only gripe is it has a lot to offer in terms of running a league/championship format.

Really free to play with all cars and what,s not ?………

You get a couple of cars free and you have to buy the rest. Some are priced well and other like the mp4-4 is to much. But all the tracks are open from the get go

All the tracks are free? What’s the list of real world tracks looking like now?

I stopped playing SRW eight months ago. The cars drive like they are on Ice. I played it for three months and gave up on it completely because the cars handle terribly.

A lot has happened since than.
I find some cars even to grippy almost.

Started to play two weeks ago to find something that is not so expensive as iRacing but feels at least the same real as that. I wasn’t expecting much because I don’t hear it much about it on simracing forums… Man I was surprised!!! I used to race with GSC and this is really close to it. And I think it is not a bad thing … When I tried the Lexus LFA (for free) I realized that I’m smiling during driving! It hasn’t happened for a long time!
