I find it pretty curious that, after 10.000 downloads (yes, the zeros are correct) and over 2.000 extremely positive comments across the internet -including from old drivers/owners of these same vehicles- you're still the only person (so far) that had anything less than absolutly positive to say about the sounds. :weird:

Like I already in RSC (and could have said also in NoGrip where you posted the same very post, as also in here before), you can fix your problem by getting a good, well setup'ed soundcard and some propper sub+speakers system, just like these sounds were ment to be used with.

A nice fast graphics card, processor, ram, motherboard and screen, with a wheel controller plugged in, doesn't make a good sim/gaming rig. Without a good sound system, it's imcomplete.

...otherwise, if you have any QUALITY recordings, please feel free to contact us at GTLW, as there's never enough of those.
(btw, no crappy DISTORTION/WIND/STATIC total confusing messy stuff, please)

It deserves the praise--while I've made my feelings clear on the sounds, it doesn't take away from an overall enjoyable experience and I've been playing the mod quite a lot. Nothing is quite as much fun as the L72 Corvette around Essington. :sd:

I haven't driven GTR2 in the last six months, but re-installed it after reading Jen's review. While I will not get dragged into comparing it to rF Historix, the PnG 2.0 mod is really, really good! Yeah, the AI are a bit insane, sort of like Surtees in GPL, but otherwise I have no complaints and only praise.
