Série Internationale Du Mans 2.52 – Released

The Carpe Noctem Design Group has released a new version of their semi-fictional Série Internationale Du Mans mod for rFactor. The mod is loosely based on the American and European Le Mans Series, bringing us plenty of semi-fictional prototypes to race with.

Version 2.52 brings plenty of changes in terms of physics including the tire model. Also, the new version welcomes a new car to the mod as RMT has given permission for their Corvette C6.R model to be used in the mod.

This adds the first GT car to the field of LMP1 and LMP2 prototypes which have legally been converted from various sources. A version with a full GT1 & GT2 field is available but restricted to league-use only due to permission issues.

rFactor 2 – Six User Interface Screenshots

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. VLN 2009 by Team NLC – Massive Batch of Renders

Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM – New Previews

Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988.
