Has anyone managed to roughly replicate any of the official WRC rallies for RBR?  If track packs were added to this like New Zealand, Portugal, Germany etc that would keep me going another couple of years until they (hopefully) release a proper successor to RBR…  IMO the track packs added in RSRBR are a bit all over the place.

What about the official WRC 2010 game developed by Black Bean? It obviously won’t be as sim as RBR but it should be something to play for a long time.

  • Disaster for Hamilton! Damn……

Instructions say after d/l patch you will need to redownload/reinstall the carpacks.   But…..if you reinstall the original carpacks you will overwrite the patch, surely?

Any help on this – le website francais, je ne comprendre pas.

Thanks for another update. I love this mod! :)

Don’t know how file structure in RBR works precisely, but indeed, if you install only the patch, some of the car classes (the ones the patch fiddled with) are not “visible” in RSRBR anymore. In order to fix it, yes, you need to re-download and reinstall these cars again. I believe installing the carpacks does not overwrite the game engine patch, just somehow makes all the cars “visible” again.

    is this a joke?

after intalling all updates can’t install car pack again. the installator says “can’t read the files” or smtg. looking forward for some cumulative patch for RBR with the cars included inside

    merci beaucoup!

    I see…….   I think I might offer those frenchies a proper english translation.   ;)

I can’t be the only one having difficulty wading through their convoluted pidgin-english instructions.

    Vive le france!

Does anyone know how to get the honda civic, i can’t find the R3 catergory in RScenter

The problem is, cumulative patch fills your install with tens of cars you don’t use anyway, extending the size of your RBR folder to some absurd value. I did this mistake once, but decided to delete the whole folder yesterday, make a clean reinstall and add only the car classes I’m really interested in. Haven’t had time to do it today, though :D. Are you sure all the patch files an carpack files you got are not damaged? Obviously I can’t say anything about the recent patch, but I’ve never had a problem with the two-stage update procedure in previous editions.

    Mine worked fine.

Installed RBR, then RSBR, then full carpack, then patches 3-6, reinstalled carpack and voila.

    y – it works.   merci
