Bruce Leeroy, creator of the Animated Helmet Cam for rFactor, has found another clever use of image-overlays, creating the first real helicopter camera for rFactor.
Even though that’s more of a fun experiment, it might just give other modders and video makers some clever ideas about what to do with the image overlay feature.

Thats fab! Reminds me of ‘flying the racetrack’ very low level around airfields in DCS: Blackshark just to stray waaaay off topic hehe

haha this is brilliant. What a clever idea. Great for showing off a track layout on video. Especially with commentary of how to take the corners etc.. like they do on TV.

Indeed a very nice addon for rFactor….
Can you consider releasing it by also adding the option of increasing heigth/inclination AND moving seat forward, so to have better perspective of the track without that iron bar stack right in the middle of the screen?? Just a suggestion to improve its use…
