iOpener Dev Dept didn't waste anytime on this, there was some interesting finds and solutions that came from adding this in game as a Xmas LOL... It's not there for the release product... And as Michael stated, it was pretty much told to you whom it would be... This was a quick addition for the holidays and was all meant as a bit of a laugh...

I’m pretty sure they aren’t doing this for sales. More like a “Merry Christmas” message for the beta testers. This will not be in the retail version of the game, I’m sure of it…

Well I'm not one to say "I told you so" but I did :) That said, it was funny although I wonder if the last laugh will be on them...Santa doesn't sell games, either as a legend (he gives stuff away) or as a gimmick. Of course with hindsight, "notable laugh, red suit, from the North" the answer does make you kick yourself :D Especially since it was obvious Simbin wouldn't have a real driving legend...

Its funny though, how things turn out to be at the end. Persona this, persona that, it shows that you don’t really need a “famous” driver to really enhance a sim beyond any, its more like a publicity stunt.

The news first broke about two weeks ago. How does that constitute “several months”…?
