The fixed setup uses medium compounds. I had to readjust but pulled a 1:23.4 with only about 4 laps. The servers are also set to private qualy so you don't see the other cars on the track which is great because people can ram you like children. :) This is a cool little competition. RFC should do stuff like this more often. I bet in the end they will make the $1350 back up in new donors. Not sure I will make a 1:21.xxx though. Maybe a 1:22.5 or so. Who knows. I haven't had a change to do any laps yet but I am guessing they just have the servers configured to run a practice session that loops all day. I don't see a place to see what times people are running though. I guess you really can't tell how your time stacks up until the competition is over. In my league I tend to get what I think is the fastest lap I can run but then when it is race day I pull a little more time out of my ass.
