Mojo66 has released a new version of his Raceking Nürburgring Nordschleife for RACE07. The 1.0 version fixes numerous details compared to the 0.92 release, the full list of changes can be found below.
Changes from 0.92 to 1.00:
- added loading screens
- added animated track marshals
- added more track side objects
- using the shortcut during qualifying will now reset the lap timer
- using the shortcut during the race now results in a stop & go penalty
Known issues:
- objects farther away than 2km are clipped. This was, to the best of my knowledge, hardwired into the game by SimBin and cannot be changed
- the track layout differs from the real track at a number of locations. Kerbs have been replaced by Rumblestrips where possible to restore the natural flow of the track in favor of realistic looks.
- periodic stutters in time attack mode
