IGN has released three new videos of Simbin’s RACE Pro simulation for the Xbox 360.
The videos show a lap in the Radical around Brands Hatch, a time-trial with the Mini Cooper at Valencia and a Mini race on the all-new Laguna Seca road course.
RACE Pro is scheduled to be released mid-February, a demo will be released roughly four weeks before that. So if you´re keen to try Simbin’s first ever console simulation, you won’t have to wait much longer.

hmmm… Still no improvement on the jerky steering animations, annoying for anyone playing with a regular controller.

Agreed, I was really expecting them to have that sorted by now.
And is it just me, or are the sounds a little…off? Especially in the Radical. The switch between the power-on and lift-off engine sounds are pretty abrupt. Might just be imagining it but I don’t recall noticing that in GTR Evolution. Anyhoo, looking forward to the demo.

Yeah, the engines do sound a little odd…

It looks like the driver is steering with the D-Pad on the controller and probably using the buttons for gas and brakes too. It doesn’t represent the game very well. Sure this will be addressed before shipping.
