Simbin and Atari have announced to be working on a first patch for their recently released RACE Pro title for the Xbox 360, addressing issues with the multiplayer mode.
Several customers have suffered disconnects and stability issues during online play that will be ironed out with the planned update. No time-frame on when this patch will be available has been given yet.

“First” patch eh? That implies there will be more than one, which is probably a good strategy. Atari/Simbin need to get the multiplayer performance fixed ASAP. Once they get that fixed, they need to get the force feedback squared away, and possibly do something to get the AI off their rails.

I think it’s “first patch” because it is the… first patch! This doesn’t mean that there will be more, I think. Maybe they will come, but we don’t have to invent something that is not written. ;)

You’d think MS would be a little bit forgiving if the patch is to fix a massive playability issue…

Not a bad game but the on line disconnects are so frustrating,really letting the game down,so much so I have reverted back to the game I always come back to out of all the simbin/isi games GTR2
