Just remember the first screenshot of the Race07 BMW WTCC car at Brands Hatch in Lizard that we saw on the PC ages ago. (It's on their website I think) It looked much better than Race Pro. Also it's their first effort with a console and I'm sure they'll learn how to extract the most from it in future titles. Probably made a few compromises with Race Pro to ensure good performance from it. PC’s have so much more Processing & Graphics power than a console I’m sure the next title will look better. It's far away better that we get a complete new game with some new content on Lizzard, even if it takes more time. The review looks pretty good. I'm not surprised on their comments on the graphics... There's a new hud and hdr, and maybe a slightly better damage model. This should have been released on the PC. The gmotor engine is getting so old for us pc users.
