Puma Unveils Forza Motorsport 3 Shoe – Photos

Back in August, Microsoft and Puma announced a co-operation based on Forza Motorsport 3 and here’s the result as Puma has unveiled a limited-edition shoe, aimed at Forza Motorsport 3 fans and racing gamers alike.

Named the Speed Cat 2.9 FM3 Trainer, the shoe adds racing details like heel grip and a rubber sole inspired by motorsport tires to the typical Puma silhouette. Only 324 examples of the shoe will be produced, it’s available for sale in Puma stores across Europe, pricing info is not available.

tried it. nice looking game. but thats about it. nothing more to say . After the try out , i felt that Dirt2 does not belong on simracing platforms.
Those out for a good jolly arcade run , will be pleased.

Nice looking shoes but not good for racing. The sole is too wide (like normal shoes). When I tried using classic converse I ended up pressing 2 pedals at a time with G25.
Now I use racing pumas with their sole narrower than the shoe itself.

    @ Wix, wrong post :)

    Are they even fireproof?

Puma Ferrari collection looks better in my opinion.
to MadCat: they are most likely not fireproof, its not racing shoe, it is “racing-style” shoe. Even so, I bought Puma Ferrari shoes myself, and it is wonderful for driving(narrow sole, perfect for “heel and toe”)

I dont think wearing these would make me feel sillier than wearing … a wedding dress. (No, rFactor or iRacing shoes would not be better)

Dear Puma marketing monkeys: motorsport tires have NO thread. Those that do (intermediate, rain, rally threads) look NOTHING like this. As far as I can tell, the sole could be inspired by cockatiel’s right leg and it would make no difference.

They look useless to me, a good racing shoe should have very thin material. This thick stuff will not give you that sensitive touch.
Nice to look at, but i will never buy them for that.
