Poll Wrap-Up

Due to some malfunction in the script, the poll was automatically closed at the 200. vote instead of 48hrs. It happened while I was sleeping so my apologies to those who were not able to vote. I think the trend of the vote was obvious and I thank everybody for their input.

In the future, you´ll find more in-depth previews here as well as more sim hardware-related news. The download database is something that needs a little more careful planning but will be implemented sometime down the road for sure.

Also, Maggi asked for category RSS-feeds in the comments, something I have just implemented. So if you´re really just interested in one category, you can now subscribe to it by clicking the small RSS button besides the category name. If you´re interested in more categories or everything I publish, you still can subscribe to the whole feed by the RSS link or by email subscriptions.

    Thought I’d actually go ahead and post a comment for once… love the site, great way to keep up on the sims… my only suggestion, and it may be without merit, but I’d love to see more GTR2 coverage… One only has to look at NoGrip every morning to see new tracks, cars and paint scheme mods being added daily… I dunno what the popularity numbers are for GTR2 vs rFactor, but GTR2 seems to be awful popular.

    Looking forward to that Champ car mod, in particular! Keep up the good work!

    About GTR2/rFactor: I think those two even each other out in terms of popularity, rFactor seems to be a tad more popular when it comes to modding. NoGrip is a place with a lot of interest in GTR2, in other places you might see more rFactor stuff.

    Every big GTR2 developement will be featured here. I will never be able to cover every addon car/track released for every sim and its not really my goal either.

    By visiting this site, you should be able to catch up with the important stuff going on in the community quickly. If I add 35 stories each day, its no longer a quick way to get up to date. And those looking for very specific stuff know their sources anyway :)

    I could not participate to the poll because of that bug but I’m glad to read that you actually sleep sometimes…. I was a bit worried. ;-)
