NSU TT for GT Legends – Released

Posted on May 11th, 2009 in

Cooky & Team 21 have released another quality addon car for GT Legends by making the NSU TT mod available.

Powered by a four-cylinder engine, the NSU TT is a legendary touring car from the 60s, making it a perfect match for the existing GTL field.

The car is included in plenty of liveries and variations, including different rims, wings, splitters and lots of other details that make this mod a quality package.

Will it be available for Race’07 in the GTL mod?

    Hello Montoya,

Team 21 would be happy if you use this pic for the release info.

Great news!! As I said previously, my dad had one of these back in the day, so I’m a fan of the car as well.

However… I uninstalled my GT Legends a loong time ago, and now I’m driving Power & Glory for GTR2 and HistorX for rFactor, which IMO, is much better – and more convenient too.

All I’m saying is that to me, it seems like a waste to create this kind of quality mod for a sim that’s becoming obsolete. A conversion to rFactor or GTR (possibly both :P) would be MUCH welcome!!

    Thanks in advance.

    At first,
thank you all for you reply and comment for this GT Legends mod.

We want to add, that there is no plan or permission to convert the mod to other games or mods, because we are convinced GT Legends fans and the game is the most authentic game to place mods like this. The other thing is, that rfactor and GTR2 has abundant mods and the GTL-mods for this game do not satisfy us. GTL doesn´t have many quality mods and we try to get GT Legends alive. For us, it is on one level with GPL, wich is also a classic and legend in racing simulations.

So, please understand our decision and enjoy racing the NSU TT in GTL.

    Many thanks,
    Ron

ps: please try to use our NSU-TT-theme wallpaper for the release post

GTL is far from dead – 125 racing on-line right now. There are just 16 running the HistorX mod. I am a fan of P&G but GTL is still the centre of the historic sim-racing community.

Okay. I accept that. Good arguments. Guess I’ll have to reinstall GTL then. Can’t wait to drive this cutie.
Once again, thank you for sharing this with us.

Just had a go around Spa with one of these. Span it twice on the outlap with the default setup :) Rear end was happy.
A quick tweak on the rear end and I was going like a good’un.

A lot of fun and a very well made GTL mod. Nice work guys.
GTL Ive always felt was underrated or at least under-used by simmers. Its a superb example of a race sim.
