Its amusing. Its like someone starts a controversial argument, and then leaves the room for all others to argue about. Its rediculous.

I just hope they are both great games, but I would rather spend my time with iracing any day of the week.

But can F3 be good if have didn’t liked F2?

No matter what I do or how I set the controller, I just hate F2’s tire/grip modeling.

It just sucks.

Skillcoil:
my comparison.
NFS Shift : -Less car/track list (but they all kickass)
-Complex customization
-Best cockpit ever seen (G force and blur when crashing)
-Motion blur (srsly I love motion blur)
-Theres an action on this game (Forza2 makes me sleep when I play it)
-No pitstops/tire wear. (Its ok but SHIFT still rocks)
-Trans whine remind me of GTR2 whenever I hear it. :) :) :)
Forza 3 : -Lots of useless cars
-Weird cockpit (I cannot see anything not even guages .. hope it be fixed sooner or later)
-Something is missing!
-Drag racing and supercar killers (hmm .. not bad)
-NO G25!!! (MS/Turn10 forcing us to buy Fanatec??)
-Turn10 said : FORZA 3 IS THE BEST DEFINITVE RACING GAME OF THE YEAR. LOL
-No Nissan GTR. nuff said

- you are a NFS fanboy, nothing you say is good about Forza.

It’s not turn10’s faulth that the g25 is unsupported, blame MS.

If forza was too boring, maybe you shoul’ve turned assists off, and competitor skill up!

What I would like to know is that are PS3’s Shift’s physics same as in pc-version?

Because I plan to buy shift for PS3.

every game must have disadvantages. but both games towards to different thing .. as I see .. Forza3 focus on car style.. SHIFT focus on what they call it “True Driving Experience” which is new.

God bless EA, not for making the game, but for accepting and understanding the values of realism in videogames.

I dont like these comparisons.
And why comparing games that have different ingame objectives??

I Agree with skillcoil, Forza has alot of cars (I wouldnt say useless though). The fact that isnt compatible with G25 is rly bad. And its like already said, when i see Shift it reminds me of a more colorfull and funny side of a GTR2 with a more realistic driving simulation (!damn!), and even if it doesnt have tyre wear or pit stops it will be a funny game (my hopes are in there).

And that Forza’s cockpit view seriously.. they only show 1/3 of the cockpit and the hands are positioned in a unconfortable zone..

I think both games have its own advantages/disavadvantages but I rly dont understand this comparison… besides I dont know if Forza or even GT are REAL sims – real physics for instance..?

What a pointless article. No comparison is even worth bothering with until, you know, you can actually PLAY THEM!

I’m sure both will have good and bad points but comparison at this stage is asinine.
