Two new screenshots of Need for Speed Shift have been released, revealing the addition of two very popular cars to EA’s upcoming title.
The shots show the Ford GT as well as Nissan’s new GT-R racing side by side. While the Ford GT is a modern day version of Ford’s legendary Le Mans-winning GT40, the GT-R is the successor to Nissan’s popular Skyline series of cars. The shots also reveal another real life race track as the circuit in the first shot looks very much like Spa Francorchamps.
Developed by Slightly Mad Studios (former Blimey! Games) and distributed by EA, Need for Speed Shift is expected to be released in September 2009 for the PC and all major consoles. A demo of Shift has been announced to be available this summer.

It does look like Spa, God I hope so.
The line-up is promising a very interesting game.

Yes, seems like the stands after the hairpin turn 1 in Spa (counting from the F1 starting positions).
And it looks wonderful!

Couple more, one showing what looks like a 997 GT3 RS.

One small point, the car with the Blue yellow and green livery is a lotus elise, thought I would point it out as it’s not mentioned.
