I expect the physics to be in the GT5 Prologue and Forza 2 league- not quite a sim but definitely a simcade and a whole lot better than anything by Codemasters. I'm glad that the graphics are quite remarkable (not so much the blurring) because I personally think it's one of the requisite of a good driving game- that you need to be visually immersed.
