The Lonely and SLN have released Montreal 2008 for rFactor. Based on ISI’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, the track has been heavily reworked featuring much more than just new textures.
Changes include new shaders, corrected track layout, new curbs, resurfaced corners, new AIW, new bumps and much more. The track is available as both dry and wet version, bringing Canadas Grand Prix venue to a whole new level.

Simply Amazing.
If only all tracks were done to this standard.

Apart from the bumps at turn 10 which I thought were overdone a little, this is a superb example of Canada. Nice work guys.

Any plans on a GTR2 version?

No, since the track is based on ISI’s Montreal, there will be no conversions.

I guess I’ll have to convert it for my personal use then.

As expected. Great work. I am with F1Racer on the hairpin. The initial bump is abit extreme but the minor bumps seem fine. Great transformation on the track. Only a few areas that I think could be better/seen abit better on another version based on ISI’s Montreal that is in progress. But this again just re-iterates the power out of rFactor that can be acheieved by people that know how to use it properly. The only way to improve the bumps on this track to make them ‘realistic’ is by laser scanning.
Great work Alex & Luc

I dont mind if you say what this ‘other’ version did better.

This is the best Montreal out there, no doubt.
