Monte Carlo 1988 1.0 – Released

Carrera.4 has released a 1988 version of the Monaco Grand Prix, adding Monte Carlo to his collection of 1988 season Formula One tracks.

Even though being the most prestigious Grand Prix venue, Monaco is still underrepresented in rFactor. This changes now as carrera.4′s version drives and looks stunning with plenty of details. Make sure to check out the preview screenshots and give the track a try.

    This is all scratch made by Carrera.4 I think. Only his early tracks were based on F1C tracks.

    This really is how a mod team should work, I say team as he must have cloned himself several times to be able to make all of these tracks, plus the mod & still have time to eat, sleep, work, that sort of thing!

    But id say the most important thing is he/they just get on with it, no bullshit on forums being a tease :grin:

    Once again a work of art & a great surprise. Its about time the 88 cars had a bit of a run again.

    I’ll echo what unklepepper said: Carrera is a model modder. Unlike other modders or mod teams, the guy underpromises and overdelivers with minimal fanfare. Other mod teams should take note.
