Hopefully from now on MMG actually deliver the product the customers pay for, instead of not delivering or making them wait 6 months, and making up stories of armed holdups of their courior vans. Fat chance.

No way in hell would I ever buy ANYTHING from MMG. There a shady company and the amount of strange coincidences that befall Yanden is ridiculous. Like the time when he was in hospital with a life threatening condition, the day later he’s seen happily playing away on a race manager online game.

As expected this software is as buggy as hell and their feedback forum is full of the typical complaints. What a back yard operation. I wish websites like this would stop supporting a clear and proven fraud like petros mak.

Customers who have paid for this simrdisplay not getting their product, or taking months to get it, or getting it broken. One guy on the forum said he paid an extra 20 dollars for a new face place back in january and still didnt get the part, and petros just keeps saying its in the mail. Its an utter disgrace, and thats before we get to the modding part of mmg.

Why would you be annoying with a fraud like petros mak being exposed. You should be happy and if it annoys you dont come here and read the comments. Anyone who supports petros mak is just as bad as he is.

I notice he has another new website. ‘mak corp’ LOL. He says its the commerical game side of mmg, when in reality mak corp doesnt exist apart from a url and there is no commercial game being produced by mmg, its all a fantasy in his head.

Amazing many seem to beleive him when he says he has a whole team of game developers and programmers working on his new commercial game, WITHOUT PAY! yes apparently all of these professionals that could be earning serious money have decided to donate their time to petros mak for nothing, because as according to petros ‘they see the bigger picture and will be paid when the game sells’. lol

in my opinion Petros just abuses people’s naivety. Thats why you get certain people who will defend him to the end of the earth when it’s so obvious what a fraud he is. This is the guy that has a cardiac arrest, moves his finger about 1 minute before his life support machine is turned off while at the same time playing batracer.

Now there is armed holdups on his delivery’s….. C’mon people this guy is a joke and giving him money is beyond stupid.

Aside from MMG 07 what the hell has Petros ever put out? Tons of fake mods made up in his head that will never in a million years get finished. The only reason MMG 07 made it was because of Phil Sousa, who is now not a part of MMG.

But its relevant to this post. If you see this addon and think wow I want to buy that, you need to know that there’s a good chance you will never see your product. Or maybe Petros will be abducted by aliens this time and take all your money with no explanation. Wouldn’t put it past him.

I need to write something for explain, i will do trying to stay calm…

1) Danny, please tell us who are you ? Have you maybe ordered an our product ?
No, because you ‘re not on our customers list. So, explain here why you want to destroy our hard work, my 16H/day work, my invested money… why mate ? Do you know me, my company, our offices, our structure ? Do you know what u’re talking about ??? If you want to visit us, just ask it. We’ve located in Palermo, Italy.

2) Actually more than 100 units were soldd and DELIVERED worldwide, yes a lot of these PRE-ORDERED units were delivered with a long wait, among the reasons there’s a courier robbery, we’ve posted a copy of the original police declaration on old forum (http://forum.f1reporter.nl/index.php?showtopic=105&st=40). If a robbery happened, we can only talk about the truth with our customers…

3) Danny, do you remember when you’ve posted on our forum with fake account, an account created with an iRacing Dev Team real life person name?
IP address cannot show bullshit…

4) Yes, one of our customer has decided to change the initial order with the SimRDisp7X G25 Edition, and payed 20 EUR more. Unluckely he got his unit with a defect on face plate (the only one broken unit on 100+). Same customer now has a new face plate as spare part.

5) As promised, we’ve released a big software update for our SimRDispXX Family products adding OFFICIAL compatibility with rFactor, Arca Sim Racing, Live for Speed and iRacing. And, as promised we ‘re working for extend compatibility with other titles.

6) We have 300+ units in stock actually, but fairly, our shop is closed… why ? Very simple, we waited untill each PRE-ORDERED unit was delivered, we waited the new software release, and we are waiting untill EVERYTHING is done to prevent any possible mistake/problem with our future customers.

7) When new business starts, particuraly during PRE-ORDERS, some problems can happen, but we have never pulled back with our customers. Actually, each one play with our products and is happy to do it.

Now, Danny, you need to know some extra info:
Here in Italy, public slandering is a crime, and it’s so in your country too. If the person slandering publically causes economic damage, the company being slandered can sue for financial loss. This is exactly your case, i’m just warning you and everybody read/post bullshit here and everywhere, our legals are reporting you for libel and economic damages.
Do not play with the peoples work/life, it’s not a fair play…
We are very disappointed that a site as a respectable as virtualr.net allow this shame.

Where is Phil Sousa? I left this drama world and all this kaos soap opera. All fighting over something that was originally suppose to be just for fun.

There is some truth in what Danny saying. Again I have my own bigger problems with petros. I will not get into it all.

There are still some good guys in MMG still, and Sadly MMG will come to end soon with those good guys leaving. I have no beef with those guys. Had major problems with only a few guys on mmg including Petros who wanted to run the team and do nothing. That was what bothered me. It is just too bad a good wasted talented team is getting destroyed because of poor leadership who thought he make all the money and let his team work for nothing. People are wondering whats the hold up with MMG 08. Not hard to figure out. And yes petros stories are a bit ridiculous. But I never cared weather it was true or not. I just can’t wait for MMG 08 to come out so that those guys can finally leave the group.

I do hope I come back when rfactor 2 comes out and with the same boys from MMG other then Petros and a few others. They were talented and fun to work with.

As for Petros and his products, just remember your making money off a name (MMG) & that your team worked soo hard for you and you didn’t put 2 cents in, instead just caused a lot of headaches.

I have been a much happier person since leaving this community last Jan. More time for myself and my life and my career. Never realized how much time rfactor takes from you, and then getting into all this dramma, problems and community putting down your work(even if its great) over something so ridiculously stupid.

Hey Sergio, you should be more aware of the type of people you decide to become business partners with. Petros mak, is the worst person on the internet you could have chosen to do business with. Hes a pathological liar, just do some research on him and mmg and you will see why mmg’s reputation is so bad.

Why do you even need him? If you do all the work then dont be used by this guy who spends his life exploiting other peoples work, and lying with every breath he takes. Im sure you will say you have no problems with petros and hes a nice guy ect. Maybe no problems YET, but dont worry in the end you will regret ever meeting him.

If you work 16 hours a day then dont be exploited by mmg and sell the product yourself and the profits, because if you stay with mmg your reputation will be ruined by petros maks’s corrupt practices, and you have already seen an example.

All that I said was true. Many customer delays like you had is not good enough. And why would anyone rob a courior at gun point? Dont give us that crap.

I didnt post in mmg forum pretending to be tim wheatly, I actually thought it was him also. Im not the only one who is against mmg. Many others and for good reason. Hopefully you will be smart and not be exploited.

Hey all, just thought id share my experiences’s, firstly i think everyone is entitled to an opinion, so im not denegrating anyone else’s views. I ordered a g25 display unit and after some significant delays [the manufactuer went bust! & petros bought them out as i understand it], i got my unit delivered, it works, though the early drivers were buggy, the last software release is an improvement, and now it works more often than not, though i will at some point discuss with petros/renovatio the fact that my unit stops working when i end a practise session and start the next session.

However when it is working it is a very good piece of kit. I think its worth bearing in mind this is a very small start up company [as far as hardware is concerned], as such petros has had many, many issues to deal with and learn from, as i beleive he has no previous manufactuer and retail experience.

Essentially this is a boutique product, that will take time to perfect [drivers that is] the physical unit is fine [id give it a 9/10]. So far give or take a few issues, what has been promised has [all be it a little late in the day] so far been delivered, lets see how the new drivers and simbin compatability work out.

From my experience any problems with mmg hardware are driven from inexperience / over-optomism rather than any deliberate action of those involved. Like i say this is my opinion based not only on my personal experience but also regular viewing of the forums for this product. So my advice would be, if you like the look/utility of the product then buy it, but realise that this is a small company so it’s never going to be like buying a logitech g25 wheel, etc.
