From Tantra comes Mixta for GTR2, a fantasy track combining the best elements of many legendary circuits. Ever dreamt of driving through Suzukas S-curves, coming into Hockenheim’s Motodrom and exiting onto Spa Francorchamps’ La Source corner?
Mixta makes all this possible, creating a fast and flowing track that feels both familiar and new. Tantra has created plenty of impressive tracks for the community and Mixta picks up where he left off.

Virtua_LM has released the Fuji Speedway for rFactor, adding a historical one of Japan's most important race tracks to the simulation. Based on the version released for F1 Challenge, the track has been extensively modified and revamped to make most of rFactor's graphic engine. Included are the 1982, 1990 & 1993 layouts of the track as well as the 1993 bike configuration. GTL, GTR2 & GTR Evolution versions of this release will be coming up soon! Back in December, a new simulation software studio opened its doors as Reiza Studios officially picked up business. Now, the studio has revealed their first project, announcing the Formula Armaroli race car for rFactor. Made in co-operation with Armaroli Simulators, the Formula Armaroli car is a fictional open-wheel race car modelled after 80s Formula One machinery. The car weighs 540 kilos and is powered by a 650hp turbo engine, bringing some of the best action in Grand Prix history to the simulation. Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. ISI's head-honcho did not come empty-handed though as Camaj showed off rFactor 2's user interface for the very first time. About a year ago, Team NLC announced a sucessor to their popular VLN 2005 mod for rFactor, planning to bring the 2009 season of Germany's popular racing series to the simulation. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. We should all thank Tantra on our knees, for this track…
I think it’s one of the best add-on tracks for GTR2 out at the moment.
I only removed some of the buildings (Spa pits, Imola tower) to make it look more like one track.

Am I the only one who thinks GTR2 looks better than RACE? The ambient lighting on all the race tracks is waaay to yellow if you ask me.
Still, I’ll probably be picking this one up. Hopefully somebody’ll port the new cars over to GTR2 at some point. :mrgreen:
