Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 for GTR2 – New Previews

The Lisgo Modding Team has released new previews of their Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 for GTR2 mod project.

The new previews show the GT3 car in GTR2′s showroom as the team has made massive progress with their mod as the 3d modeling is complete and sounds are nearing completion as well. Right now, the physics are being finalized with data from real SLS racing teams, the team will make sure the car’s performance is balanced towards the other GT3 cars in the simulation.

Built to the FIA GT3 regulations, the SLS AMG GT3 is Mercedes Benz’s first works-supported sports car racing effort since their disastrous showing at Le Mans in 1999. The car made its competition debut on the Nürburgring Nordschleife in late 2010, countless SLS AMG are competing in various GT3-based series this year.

    That is bad nasty lookin’ man, well done! I really hope SimBin develops GTR3, or whatever their next installment will be called, with some respect for the modders and make it easy to convert GTR2 mods to the new game.

    The SLS GT3 ist the first race car, where I think the designers destroyed the overall sexy road version to make an ugly race version.
