Max Verstappen Drives F1 2017 – Video

Codemasters have released a new video trailer of their upcoming F1 2017 offering, showing Red Bull’s Max Verstappen in action.

The video shows Max driving the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit, location of this weekend’s British Grand Prix.

F1 2017 will bring the current Formula One season to the PC, PS4 and Xbox One, featuring a selection of legendary Formula One cars from the past as well. The title will be available starting August 25.

Input lag… it really that bad?

    • F1Racer

Dunno how many times this has to be said but the screen refresh rate is not the same as watching real live video of max driving. So the perceived lag is purely down to that. Video of a computer screen does not update as quick as ‘real life’ for want of a better phrase.

I’m sure someone can explain it better than me but that is the gist of it.

      • Richard Hessels

Both are right, it’s a television. They mostly tend to have a bit more screenlag.

      • David Dominguez

It’s not, all Codies F1 games have huge input lag. This one is no different, recording with or without a camera.

      • F1Racer

Ok please yourself. I have no huge input lag on my F1-2016 or Dirt Rally so I dunno where you’re getting that from.
I’m standing by what I said.

      • David Dominguez

        So check the videos above…

      • F1Racer

Let it go David. I’m not changing my opinion. All I’m saying is what you see on that video isn’t necessarily how you experience when you’re playing.

      • David Dominguez

It exactly displays how it is while playing, there are loads of videos around the net showcasing this in every single F1 game. And always with the “it’s recorded with a camera” excuse, despite not happening in other sims 🙂

I stopped caring ages ago. You may carry on thinking what you like. It’s not worth my time.

I really don’t know how your brain and eyes work. I had huge input lag at las vegas event, or when I use a bad TV, but, I just don’t perceive input lag in the game, I really don’t. I wouldn’t be able to work with it otherwise.

      • David Dominguez

My brain and eyes work fine, watch the videos below.
