The carmodel looks not really good.
Some failures in the mesh and the aero parts dont look good in my opinion.
Also the renders are a quick shot and dont look anything near good.

The goodyear logo on the tyres is also mirrored.

I thought MMG stands for quality, this pics just destroyed that completly.

MMG and Petros Mak really entertain us a lot in these years. Everytime when they announce a mod, they just pop up with a huge piece of essay and a few screenshots showing a simple model. And Mr. Mak even tried to fool me with talks to join them last year, so what we can expect from them?

Despite all the politics here. The render look much to shiny for me. The modelquality seems quite good, but the proportions really give me a headache. On the first glance the car looked like a V8Supercar-version of the A5, but somehow it looks simply fat in a negative way and not sporty. Especially the rims are waaaaaay to big. The seats inside the car look like they are made for a tuning car. The car is very high and looks realy heavy.

I dont know… what is this supposed to be… tuning car, race car, tuned streetvehicle? None of this terms really match the car… for me it looks simply strange.

PS: i Dont get it … Why would you hire people to do a mod. Would it not be better spend to start a real company with a return on investment plan?  I dont see an Audi model with Redbull on it being licenced. so i guess this will remain a mod.  Weird.

Hey Arnold. We don’t pay for model, Stefan works for us in our commercial side, you know the one you were offered. Funny how you act all nice to me on msn then turn on me here. MAK-Corp provides paid jobs to our staff and any of them can tell you and show you proof of the payments they receive. You sit there coming from a group thats been showing the WSGT mod for years and relies on you to do the work, where’s the WSGT mod then? go look at the shit your group is in and stop looking at others. This year will be a big year for us with several mods released and many other things coming, keep a watch on our devblog and hey arnold, if you don’t like the fact that we’re getting more people then your group is, then go screw yourself, I couldn’t give a flying rats ass what you and danny and your camp of grumpy old men have to say.

@BSR-WiX: Hey mate, we hired stefan for our commercial products but he had some models that we wanted to use in mods, we don’t pay for those models, we only pay him for the commercial product models. We have taken time to reform mods and this year will see quite a few be released. So please stay tuned.

What’s the ratio of WIP’s to completed mods for MMG/Mak-Corp now?

Paul Kelly: Many groups have WIP mods for many years, we have more because we have more people, and no that doesn’t mean mods can be done faster. Different people work in different fields and modelers most of all work in the field they want, most of our F1 modelers would not touch a road car model, and most of our road/sports car modelers will never model an F1 car. Sure we announce these mods, and they’re W.I.P for quite a while, but that means they are coming, each and every one of them.

Robin: Yes we know about that but the renders were already done and we wanted to show them. The tyre texture mirroring is not a major issue and we’ll fix that.

It is possible. If someone doesn’t have skills to create a proper model, the only ways to make a mod are to buy a model or rip a model.

And without WIP shots, there are no news at all, which is much more boring. If you don’t want to see any WIP shots because you are jealous, you can just close the browser window and disconnect from the internet.

LOL. MMG might not be able to entertain us with mods but at least they do it in other ways, like announcing their 100th WIP. Same old stuff, and looks like petros is still sucking up sheep with his fables about MMG being a serious group and producing commercial products, what a joke. There is no commercial side to mmg at all, petros just shows you a link of a 3d graphics engine that is for sale and pretends MMG is going to use that to make real games. Apparently MMG has programmers who work for nothing just for petros. Apparently they dont care about money. How many years has it been now petros and where is your commercial software? Hilarious.

Where’s my f**king BTCC 1998 mod?

Hey Rooster. We have several cars done for the BTCC 1998 cars but we are re-fining the models. Remember, we stand for quality, not quantity and we want to do any mod we release justice by ensuring that they are as best as we can possibly make them. I know it sucks for the community to wait the length of time however in the end its well work it. The mod has not stopped progressing, its just being fixed to a higher level. The modelers we had to do those cars were new and did not know rFactor’s requirements for models so we have been helping them learn and training them so they can reach the quality level we strive for. Please stay tuned however because I can guarantee you, the BTCC 1998 mod is one that is close to my heart as I loved those years, brings back memories of TOCA Touring Cars for PSOne and the countless hours I spent on it, I bet you did too. So yeah mate, we’re doing the best we can. :)

Petros if you stand for quality why was the only mod you ever released (in 5 years) bug riddled, and needed a complete re release? Why does MMG the allegedly biggest most mod with modders dedicated to each  mod, have the worst mod output of any mod team in the history of modding? Why do much smaller teams get much more work done with a higher quality? Maybe because your full of crap?

Not to go at CTDP, but they have been promising their F1 1994 mod since F1 2002 and how many countless other groups have been following suit for years too, take a look at the rFactorCentral W.I.P list on how many groups have not delivered mods, do you bitch about them too? Do you go to CTDP’s development blog or every CTDP 1994 article here and bitch about them taking nearly 10 years to make that promised mod? You’re just some lazy ass ungrateful idiot who has nothing better to do with his life then single out mod groups you are jealous of and bitch and moan  at and about them.
