Mak Classic Cars – Sauber C11 Previews

Mak Corp has released new previews of their Classic Cars Mod, unveiling the Sauber C11 Group C racer.

The Mercedes Benz race car will join other late Group C era cars such as the Mazda 787B and the Porsche 962C in future versions of Mak’s mod.

While the gang of Group C race cars won’t be part of the mod’s first installment, Mak has released the car list for the mod’s first open-beta release:

  • 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS
  • 1968 Lamborghini Miura P400
  • 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T
  • 1978 Pontiac TransAm
  • 1981 DMC DeLorean

Mak Corp has high-flying plans for their classic cars mod as versions for rFactor, rFactor 2, RACE07, Assetto Corsa and GTR3 are planned.

    I can’t wait for the open beta. I just HAVE TO drive that DeLorean (I know it’s not the best driving wise but I still absolutely love the look and sound of it :) ).

    Also really nice model there like always Mak! Good luck on the project with so many cars to pick from to make :)

    It’s a nice looking model indeed. A couple of things to point out, though. I would double check the size of the front intake. It looks a bit large (wide). I would also double check the size and shape of the drivers pod. The shape looks to be a tad off. Here’s a good reference image of the front end.
