iDT has released a brand new scratch-made track, bringing the Long Beach GP 2007 to rFactor.
Located in downtown Long Beach, California, the 1,9 mile street course is the most important non-oval track in the United States, attendance at Grand Prix weekends regularly exceeds 200.000 visitors.
Started as a Formula 5000 venue in 1975, the track has been home of the CART/Champ Car Series for over 20 years. Other notable events include Formula One, the Grand-Am series as well as an annual American Le Mans Series round.

Wow. This is a nice surprise. This is the second stop on the Speed GT schedule so it should make some NAGT leagues very happy. Thanks iDT!

It is a temp street circuit. Hahaha. I wouldn’t class it with other American tracks. I guess Monaco is primitive too? I must say I normally don’t care for street circuits but this one is a blast. I am getting a solid 75fps (VSync On) with everything on FULL but shadow detail which is on medium and shadow blur off. AA 6x and AF 16x. 1440×900 with VSync at 75. I have a 8800GT.

nobody care about what you like or not Mitos.
they’ve done a great job with this circuit and just because you can’t run it above 20fps doesn’t mean it’s crap.. it just mean you should change your pc and stop whining about the good work of modders.
