After bringing us several great rFactor tracks including the Nürburgring Nordschleife 2.2a and the Lückendorfer Bergrennen, track maker Com8 has decided to improve his Laguna Seca for rFactor.
Initially released in 2006, Com8 will be improving the track inspired by the quality of iRacing’s version of the California road course. Changes in version 1.2 will include new, more realistic curbs, all-new textures, remapped and repositioned bridges and other fixes.
Below is a batch of preview shots as well as a preview video as the AI takes us around the new version of the track.

Nice version, com8. looks really good.
But i’ve noticed, that the gravel at the Rahal Straight is to small (respectively non-existent). I’ve compared that with live video footage from laguna seca 2008 (and iracing too ;) )

The track looks very nice so far!
I still see some trees poping up, can that be fixed or does it depend on the mod?
