Here’s more material on the NASCAR & iRacing press conference at Charlotte last weekend as iRacing has released a new video, showing NASCAR superstar Dale Earnhardt Jr. talking about his experience with the simulation.

The son of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt is by far the most famous iRacing member, “Junior” is also an official iRacing spokesperson and member in iRacing’s Competition Committee. The simulation has recently joined forces with NASCAR, hosting an official NASCAR-sanctioned online series starting 2010.

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. VLN 2009 by Team NLC – Massive Batch of Renders

Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM – New Previews

Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988. Even though the track was slowed down with two chicanes during the 80s, speeds on the track remained very high thanks to the 1.5 kilometer main straght - The longest in motorsports. [nggallery ...
