WIth the beta test almost complete, it looks like if iRacing.com is gearing up for the launch of their new simulation. Since yesterday evening, iRacing has launched a brand new website, presenting all the details of their upcoming simulation.
The new public website looks as sleek as the recently-shown member website which is used as control-center for the new simulation. The first group of invited customers will start their iRacing.com career very soon as a mid-June launch is projected.

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. About a year ago, Team NLC announced a sucessor to their popular VLN 2005 mod for rFactor, planning to bring the 2009 season of Germany's popular racing series to the simulation. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988. After the novelty of the first month has worn off and the realisation of how iRacing really costs sinks in, they will be begging you to join mate so there is no real rush for an invitation.
